With a large workspace, the delta.3 offers an ideal solution for virtual reality theatres. Designed for research and engineering experimentation, the delta.3 is able to provide a flexible haptic interface where every parameter can by customised or reprogrammed to meet specific application requirements.
WHAT THE MANUFACTURER SAYS:
The Force Dimension delta.3 features a stand-alone USB 2.0 controller which can support custom end-effectors with multiple degrees-of-freedom. The base plate of the delta structure can be oriented from 0 (horizontal) to 90 degrees (vertical) configuration in order to further accommodate various applications and environments, adding to its versatility. Parts of the Force Dimension delta.3 are also customisable for users who wish to build their own device.
